Don’t worry if you love your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy makes it easy to return your item(s) and keep shopping for more amazing finds!

How do I return?

When returning an item go to the “Return My Order” link located in our home page footer. Simply Follow the instructions to receive your prepaid return label. For quality control purposes please fill out the correct reasons why you were not satisfied with your order. Make sure all the original tags are attached. Please note that most sale items, jewelry and body suits are final sale and do not qualify for returns. The sale items will have a final sale note written inside the description box. If unqualified items are returned you will be subjected to paying the return shipping fees. We will only hold the returned package for 30 days before we deem the package as abandoned.

When everything is set, completing the return is insanely easy! Be sure to enclose your packing slip inside of the package. Once you print out the prepaid return label stick the return label outside of the package, take it to your nearest USPS drop-off location and—voilà—they’re on their way!

How long do I have to return my purchase?

Just in case you change your mind, we give customers up to 14 business days from the delivery date to return qualified unused, undamaged and unaltered merchandise for a refund and up to 21 days for a store credit. Please note that this policy is strictly enforced and all orders that have exceeded the above stated time frames will not qualify for a store credit or refund!!

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. However, you’re free to take advantage of our return policy and use your refund or store credit to make another hot buy.

You’ll receive the credit as an e-gift card delivered to the email address you used to make your original purchase. This way, you can get back to shopping in a flash!

FINAL SALE items are non-exchangeable nor returnable!

Do I have to pay for my return?

No, Simply contact us for a return label and we’ve got you covered. However, keep in mind when your refund or store credit are being issued we are unable to credit the original shipping fees.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive your refund for the amount you paid for the item via your original payment method.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

We’d like to loop you in so you know exactly what to expect.

Processing returns can take up to 5 business days after we receive your package. Once the return is approved we will send an email notifying you that we have disbursed your refund. Bear in mind, however, that your banking institution may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the credit to your account.

What if I have an issue with my return?

Are shipping fees refundable?

Original shipping fees are not refundable.

If I am returning my item(s) for a refund and I received free shipping, will there be a restocking fee?

If your order was a $100 or more there will be a 5% restocking fee deducted from the refunded amount.
